You walk the Siq to the Treasury and explore Petra's core, then continue south to Wadi Rum for a two-hour 4x4 run through the desert before the drive back north. Entry tickets and the jeep tour are add-ons at checkout rather than defaults, so read the option you are selecting.
Choose this over the two-day tour if your trip is short and you would rather sleep in your own Amman hotel; choose the two-day if the camp night in Wadi Rum is the part you came for. You cannot have both in fourteen hours.

For the headline sights, yes - the Treasury, Petra's main street and a two-hour jeep run in Wadi Rum. What you lose is the camp night and any chance of Petra's Monastery. If either matters, take the two-day tour instead.
