Same two-day shape as the flagship - Petra on day one, a camp night in Wadi Rum, the Dead Sea on the way back to Amman - but the sleeping arrangement is the reason to choose it. The deluxe tent is private, has its own bathroom and air conditioning, and is never shared between separate bookings.
The operator is clear about what a deluxe tent is not: it is not a bubble or Martian dome. If the transparent-dome photograph is what you are after, that is a different product and usually a different camp. What you get here is a solid, private, en-suite tent - which for most people is the more useful upgrade in a place where the temperature swing between afternoon and 3am is severe.
The vehicle carries Wi-Fi and bottled water, pickup is from Amman city hotels, and the Bedouin dinner and breakfast are included.
